Submission Process
Manuscripts should be submitted through Scholar Manuscript, the journal’s online submission system: https://scholarmanuscript.com/Journals/tk
Authors are requested to ensure that their manuscript is complete, properly formatted, and prepared in accordance with the journal’s author guidelines before submission. All submissions should include the manuscript file, author details, affiliations, corresponding author information, abstract, keywords, references, figures, tables, and any required declarations.
In case of technical difficulties with the online submission system, authors may alternatively submit their manuscript as a single PDF file to the Editorial Office: editor@techforumjournal.com
Submissions received by email will be checked by the editorial office and may be transferred to the journal’s editorial workflow for further processing.
Originality and Similarity Requirements
TK TechForum Journal is committed to maintaining the originality and integrity of the scholarly record. Submitted manuscripts must be original, properly referenced, and not under consideration by another journal at the time of submission.
To support publication ethics and prevent plagiarism, manuscripts are subject to originality and similarity screening. As a general requirement:
- the overall similarity index should normally be below 20%;
- similarity with any single source should normally not exceed 2%;
- all reused text, figures, tables, data, or ideas must be properly cited;
- quoted material must be clearly identified and referenced;
- permissions must be obtained for third-party material where required.
Similarity reports are interpreted by editors in context. Legitimate overlap may occur in standard methods, references, technical terminology, institutional names, and commonly used scientific expressions. However, unattributed copying, close paraphrasing, duplicate publication, or misleading reuse of previously published material may result in return, rejection, or further editorial action.
Authors are encouraged to check their manuscripts carefully before submission and to ensure full compliance with the journal’s publication ethics, authorship, copyright, and licensing policies.
Editorial Assessment and Peer Review
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to assess scope, completeness, originality, ethical compliance, and basic academic quality. Manuscripts that meet the journal’s preliminary requirements are sent for peer review by qualified experts. Final publication decisions are made by the editorial team based on reviewer reports, editorial assessment, scholarly merit, and relevance to the journal’s aims and scope.
Accepted manuscripts are published online after completion of editorial approval, copyediting, proofreading, and final production checks.
